Navarro High School Celebrates 100% Graduation Rate and Exceptional Achievements of the Class of 202

GERONIMO, TX – June 19, 2025 – The halls of Navarro High School recently buzzed with excitement as the community celebrated the remarkable achievements of the graduating Class of 2025. This year's commencement ceremony was a testament to the perseverance, dedication, and extraordinary success of its students, marking the culmination of thirteen years of hard work.
Navarro High School is incredibly proud to announce that 162 students graduated, achieving a 100% graduation rate! This outstanding accomplishment is a direct reflection of the unwavering support from the school board, central administration, dedicated teachers and staff, supportive parents and guardians, and the vibrant community. Each played a vital role in guiding these graduates to this significant milestone. The Class of 2025 has truly set a new standard for achievement, leaving behind a legacy that will inspire future classes.
Highlights of the Class of 2025's success include:
- Scholarship Success: Graduates were awarded an impressive over $200,000 in scholarships, opening doors to countless opportunities for higher education.
- Diverse Future Pathways: 12 students have signed commitments to play collegiate sports, showcasing their athletic prowess and academic dedication. Additionally, 4 students will be enlisting in the military, ready to serve our nation, and 27 students are poised to enter industry careers and top fields, leveraging their skills and knowledge.
- Career & Technical Education (CTE) Prowess: Navarro High School's CTE programs continue to empower students with valuable skills. This year, 95 students earned CTE certifications, demonstrating their readiness for various professional paths. Furthermore, 27 seniors committed to continuing their CTE program area through post-secondary work or education.
- FFA Dominance: The FFA program had an exceptional year, with seniors earning over $100,000 in scholarships. Five FFA teams — Job Interview, Range Evaluation, Land Evaluation, Floriculture Evaluation, and Farm and Agribusiness Management — advanced to state, with the Floriculture team impressively finishing fourth in the state.
