At Navarro ISD, we know our district is more than just a school, it's the heart of Geronimo. We are committed to not only educating our students but also to serving as a vital resource and gathering place for everyone in our community.

A community thrives when it works together, and we firmly believe that our community is a better place when we host events, meetings, and activities right here in our schools. That’s why we are thrilled to welcome organizations, groups, and community members to explore the possibility of using our district facilities.

Whether you're looking for a venue for an educational seminar, a recreational league, a civic meeting, or a social gathering, we invite you to consider Navarro ISD.

In accordance with Board Policy GKD (Local), the District permits community use of designated school facilities for educational, recreational, civic, and/or social activities, provided these activities do not conflict with school use or our facilities policies.

To make a facilities rental request, please print the form below, complete the form and additional documents and payment, then email it to karsyn.hisaw@nisd.us

Facility usage fees are based on the user category that best describes your organization or group. Please review the categories below to determine which applies to your reservation request. Corresponding facility rental rates can be found on Page 4 of the Facility Rental Agreement.

User A – Navarro ISD Affiliated Organizations
Organizations directly affiliated with Navarro ISD, including PTOs, Booster Clubs, Foundation Organizations, and Student Activity Programs.

User B – Verified Non-Profit Youth Organizations
Qualified non-profit youth organizations such as Girls & Boys Clubs, Scouts, and similar youth-focused groups.

User C – Community and Local Organizations
Local organizations utilizing district facilities for community purposes, including youth sports organizations, community camps, youth leagues, city and county organizations, churches, and similar groups.

User D – For-Profit Organizations
Businesses and organizations operating for profit that are not directly affiliated with Navarro ISD.
