Skyward Not Available Until July 27

Skyward Family Access will not be live until July 27. 

The week of July 20, parents and guardians of returning students will receive an email directly from Skyward containing your Skyward username, password, and login instructions.

For Returning Families: This email will be sent to the current email address you have on file in the Ascender Parent Portal.

Didn’t receive an email? You will need to contact your campus registrar to confirm the correct email. 


For New Families: You will need to request a new Skyward Account (Link Available on this website July 20). After the request form is submitted, you will be sent an email with your username, password, and login information to complete registration.

Staying connected to your child’s education has never been easier. The Skyward is your all-in-one gateway to track grades, report cards, class schedules, monitor attendance, and set parent notifications. Whether you are checking in on daily assignments or need to upload absence notes, this portal ensures you and your student are always on the same page.

Take Skyward on the Go

Download the Skyward Mobile Access app to check grades and receive push notifications directly on your smartphone. Available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Checking Grades and Report Cards

Consistently logging into Skyward isn't just about tracking numbers—it's about proactive support.

Did you know? Checking Skyward just once a week allows you to catch missing assignments or dropping grades before they impact final report cards. It turns a potential end-of-term surprise into a constructive weekend conversation with your student.

Accessing Report Cards & Progress Reports

  1. Log into Family Access.

  2. Click on the Portfolio tab on the left-hand menu.

  3. Select the current term’s report card to view, print, or electronically sign.

Custom Alerts and Notifications

You don’t have to log in every day to stay in the loop. Skyward can do the heavy lifting for you. We highly recommend setting up automated email or push notifications for real-time updates.

How to Customize Your Alerts:

  1. Click Account in the top right corner of your Skyward dashboard.

  2. Locate the Email Notifications section.

  3. Check the boxes for the alerts you want to receive:

Alert Type What You’ll Receive Why it Helps              
Low Grade Alerts An email if a grade falls below a threshold you choose (e.g., 70%). Allows for immediate course correction and tutoring support.
Attendance Alerts A notification if your student is marked absent or tardy for a period. Ensures student safety and accountability in real time.
Missing Assignment Alerts A digest of any work not turned in by the due date. Keeps weekend catch-up sessions organized.
