My name is Alicia Boswell, and I’ve been proud to be part of the Navarro ISD family since 2012. I began my journey here as a Technology Administrative Assistant and later transitioned into Accounts Payable. For the past 12 years, I’ve served as the Payroll and Benefits Manager, a role that allows me to support our incredible staff by ensuring they have access to the financial and health resources they need.

Navarro ISD is more than just a workplace for me, it’s a community I believe in. My son William graduated from Navarro High School in 2022, giving me the unique perspective of both an employee and a parent. I’ve experienced firsthand the dedication, care, and excellence that define our district.
