Board and Superintendent Goals
Navarro ISD Board of Trustees took action April 2025 to approve the updated Superintendent Evaluation Instrument, a tool designed to align the Superintendent's performance with the board's established priorities and goals. This revised instrument, which was collaboratively developed and refined in a special meeting on March 31, 2025, will incorporate specific, measurable goals and timelines directly linked to the Board's Collaborative Vision and House Bill 3 mandates. To ensure consistent communication and progress monitoring, the Superintendent will be evaluated quarterly based on the rubric that directly reflects these annually identified goals and the evidence presented for their attainment.
