We are excited to announce that the Skyward Family Access platform is partially live for returning students and families beginning today, Wednesday, July 22. This "soft launch" of the platform will give our families plenty of time to log in and ensure everything is running smoothly before official registration opens on July 27.

 How to Get Your Login Credentials

You will receive an automated email directly from Skyward with your new login credentials and link to access the portal. The email will be from skyward@nisd.us with the subject line "Family Access Account Information".  If you do not see the email by the end of the day July 22:

1. Check your Spam/Junk folder first.
2. If it's not there, it likely means we had an incorrect or outdated email address on file for you in our previous system.
3. To fix this and get your Skyward link, please click here to complete our Google Form to submit a technical support request. Our team will update your primary email address and trigger a new Skyward welcome email.

Your Pre-Registration Checklist (July 22 – July 26)

Please take a few moments to complete the following "soft launch" steps this week:

• Verify your login: Ensure you can access the new system successfully.
• Verify your students: Check that all of your children are viewable in your account, confirming their data migrated over correctly from Ascender.

Please Note: Once logged in, you will not be able to take any further action or register your students until registration officially opens on July 27.

Families New to Navarro: Skyward Account Request

Beginning July 27, families who are new to Navarro ISD will need to request a new Skyward account using the link that will be available on our New Student Registration webpage. Follow the steps provided to complete online registration before coming in-person to verify residency August 4, 5, or 6.
