The district achieved a notably high and consistent level of attendance across all four campuses, demonstrating our community’s shared priority on academic and personal growth.
Leading the way, both Navarro Junior High and Navarro Intermediate tied for the top spot with an impressive 96.52% attendance rate.
- Navarro Junior High: 96.52%
- Navarro Intermediate: 96.52%
- Navarro High School: 96.14%
- Navarro Elementary: 95.84%
“These results are something to be incredibly proud of,” said Superintendent Dr. Mandy Epley. “We have emphasized that every day is a new opportunity for learning and that consistent attendance ensures our Panthers don’t miss out on vital instruction or the chance to build strong, supportive relationships with their peers and teachers. Our students, families, teachers and administrators have been working hard, and we deeply appreciate their support and encouragement to be at school, engaging in inquiry and interactive activities that build on skills and knowledge each day.”
These exceptional attendance standings directly contribute to the district’s ability to provide high-quality, innovative instruction and a dynamic learning environment.
As previously highlighted, consistent attendance is key to working together toward the board’s goal of increasing attendance and ensuring the long-term success of the district’s fast-growing community.
Navarro ISD extends a heartfelt thank you to every family and student for prioritizing their presence and every teacher and staff member who knows their students by name and through their actions makes Navarro ISD a place where students want to be. The commitment shown ensures that every Panther is safe, nurtured, and receiving the academic, social, and emotional support they need to succeed in the heart of Geronimo and beyond.
The district looks forward to maintaining this momentum through the remainder of the school year and challenges campuses to continue to grow our attendance averages.
